Returns

We understand that sometimes mistakes can be made or there is buyer's remorse. We have a minimal 30 day return policy on all items. Please do be advised that all items need to be returned in the original packaging/condition with any/all manuals, certificates and tool kits still intact and how you received them. If items have been installed or show installation marks we can only offer a partial refund because we cannot resell them in the same condition or return it to the factory. Credit card processing companies no longer return credit card fees no matter the reasoning (3.5%) unfortunately that part will not be refunded.

 

If you are having issues with equipment in your facility and are in need of help troubleshooting prior to purchase, we offer free technical support to make sure the correct parts get ordered. Free technical support is also offered on all items purchased to make sure your installation goes smoothly.

 

Should you need to return items purchased from Metrology Parts, please contact us for a RMA number and return instructions via the "contact us" link on our website or phone call prior to shipping your purchase back.
